Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey/agave/stevia
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon miso paste

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Store hoisin sauce in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to a month.
