  • Marinated tempeh in soy in container in fridge
  • Both kales 2/3 green ripped leaves off stalk, massaged with lemon juice
  • Half avo lightly mashed, add lemon juice & salt
  • 1/3 cup quinoa cooked
  • Broccoli cut into 1/3 no leaves, lightly stemmed 
  • 1tbps Tahini, 1tbsp miso, 1/4 squeeze lemon, warm water added slowly - leave to thicken
  • Almonds cut in half toasted 
  • Sprouts
  • Kimchi
