  • 1 cup whole oats
  • 2 cups water (or nut milk)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon¬†
  • 60g berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 20g nuts & seeds (hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds)

Combine oats, water & chia seeds in a pot on a low heat until cooked. Add cinnamon. Serve into bowl and add toppings.
